Necessary purposes
Respond to requests, conduct discovery, keep commercial history, protect the service and measure it in aggregate.
AI and providers
Chat may send the message and retrieved context to the configured provider. Do not share passwords, financial, health or other sensitive information.
Retention
Raw events: 90 days; aggregates: 25 months; chats without a lead: 180 days; unqualified leads and linked chats: 12 months after last activity; backups: 14 days.

Request access, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal or restriction at privacidad@innomood.com. Identity and relationship to the data will be verified.
