Name, email, optional company, challenge type, team-size range, message, conversation, and limited lead attribution. To measure the site we use self-hosted Umami, without cookies or direct identifiers: it anonymizes and processes URL without parameters, referrer, language, screen, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate country. We do not send name, email, company, message, lead identifier, or chat content to Umami.
Respond to requests, prepare the initial conversation, keep commercial history, protect the service, and measure it in aggregate.
Chat may send the message and retrieved context to the configured provider. Do not share passwords, financial, health or other sensitive information.
Umami events: up to 90 days in the active service; encrypted backup copies: up to 6 months under the backup policy. Chats without a lead: 180 days; unqualified leads and linked chats: 12 months after last activity.
Request access, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal or restriction at privacidad@innomood.com. Identity and relationship to the data will be verified.
Only processors needed to operate the service are used under their applicable terms. Material changes appear here with their date.
